Marmaris Yat Limanı 200 tekne bağlama kapasitesi ile Cumhuriyet Meydanı, Kısayalı Mevkii ile Dere içi rıhtımlarının arasında uzanmaktadır. Yat Limanı’nda Deniz Hudut Kapısı bulunmamaktadır. Rodos Adası’na düzenlenen feribot seferleri için Marmaris Limanı kullanılmaktadır.
